“The Colorado National Guard is grateful to Chief Perry for her tireless commitment, trusted counsel, and invaluable leadership in service to the men and women of the Colorado National Guard,” said Davis. “CSM Crowe’s extensive background, leadership qualities, and deep commitment to the welfare of our Soldiers, Airmen and civilians make him the ideal choice to serve as the 5th Command Senior Enlisted Leader. I’m confident that he will continue to build upon the foundation established by Chief Perry and will lead our enlisted force with distinction.”
As the principal enlisted advisor to TAG, the CSEL leads more than 4,200 Army and Air enlisted personnel in the CONG. Her primary purpose was to deliver organizational, personnel, and resource management advice. She deployed in support of Operations Northern and Southern Watch, Noble Eagle, Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, and Theater Security Package-Pacific Air Forces.
