Child and Youth Program

The Child and Youth Program supports year round programming for school age children regardless of a parent’s deployment status. Planned programs are provided in conjunction with Yellow Ribbon Reintegration workshops and specifically address the needs of children facing separation or return of a family member in the deployment cycle. Additional activities are also sponsored throughout the year for school age children and focus on resiliency and life skills while encouraging peer support.

Mission: Promote and sustain the quality of life and resilience of Colorado National Guard children and youth by providing secure, timely, flexible, high-quality support services and enrichment programs.
