The Colorado Army National Guard has dedicated specific resources to the well being and health of its Citizen-Soldiers proudly serving our state and federal connected missions.  With this understanding in mind, the Army has created a dynamic and comprehensive program to address all aspects of the human condition. These principals focus around five domains: Physical Readiness, Mental Readiness, Spiritual Readiness, Nutritional Readiness, and Sleep Readiness. Through extensive and rigorous innovation, the DOD has released the FM 7-22 which covers these domains in great detail. The focus of the resources encompassed with in this site, help to further develop and provide for those ideals.
