CENTENNIAL, Colo. – The Colorado National Guard will host the inaugural State of the Guard at Wings Over the Rockies, Exploration of Flight, 13005 Wings Way, Centennial, Colorado, Sept. 19, 2025.
This event is an opportunity for community leaders to network with each other and learn more about the CONG.
“This inaugural State of the Guard is made possible in partnership with the Buckley Regional Military Affairs Council and the Colorado Freedom Memorial,” said The Adjutant General of Colorado, U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Laura Clellan, keynote speaker for the event. “Our strong community connections support our military, veterans, and their families and, in particular, the readiness of our Colorado National Guard members who tirelessly dedicate themselves to accomplishing both state and federal missions.”
Guest speakers will include U.S. Army Brig. Gen. Bren Rogers, commander, Colorado Army National Guard, and U.S. Air Force Col. Carrie Worrell, commander, Colorado Air National Guard.
CONG aviation and ground equipment will be on display showcasing some of the capabilities that the CONG uses to support both federal and state missions.
