B-roll footage of a Homeland Response Force and Soldiers and Airmen of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear and High Yield Explosive (CBRNE) Enhanced Response Force Package (CERF-P) CBRN Task Force on to two C-17 aircraft from the Alaska Air National Guard in support of Arctic Eagle 18. Arctic Eagle 18 is a statewide exercise involving national, state and local agencies designed to provide opportunities for participants to conduct sustained operations in arctic conditions. The goals of Arctic Eagle 18 are for participating forces to operate in a joint, interagency, and intergovernmental and multinational environment; assess ability to conduct sustained operations in arctic conditions, and integrate new and emerging capabilities.
