A JENNY JSNE or Douglas OH-2 was the aircraft that the 120th Aero Observation Squadron, 45th Division Air Service, Colorado National Guard initially flew following the unit’s inception June 27, 1923. Members of the Colorado Air National Guard will celebrate the 100th anniversary of military aviation in Colorado during a family day May 7, 2023, at Buckley Space Force Base, Aurora, Colorado, while enjoying a live band, food and drinks, car show, booths, activities for kids, the new COANG tail and jet wrap design, static aircraft display, and more.
