Colorado Air National Guard members sew masks in lieu of parachutes
Denver, CO - U.S. Air National Guard Tech. Sgt. Jennifer Van Note, is an aircrew flight equipment specialist with the 140th Wing, Colorado National Guard at Buckley Air Force Base, Colo. She says that she is proud to be able to help keep the flying mission going during these trying times, and while we are trying to maintain social distancing most of the time, it’s good to get out of the house too and see her coworkers from time to time. “I have a teen age son at home who’s home-schooling, like they all are now, but he’s a great kid and adapting to new way of learning rather well. I also feel very blessed to be a part of the guard and have the many benefits it offers.” (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Senior Master Sgt. John Rohrer)
