The J9 is for CONG members and their families to access prevention, response, and readiness services. The directorate consolidates current resources with the addition of a dedicated prevention workforce available to support 24/7. The J9 assists Airmen, Soldiers, Families, and Command Teams in enhancing readiness, resilience, and culture through a diverse team of professionals and a unique combination of programs and resources designed to support the unique challenges of life as a Citizen Soldier/Airman.

The J9 offers a significant level of support. If you need personal life assistance, reach out to the chaplains, financial support (including the CONG Foundation or the Personal Financial Counselors), mental health, prevention programs, or risk reduction. For family-specific resources, contact the Military Family Readiness section (Army or Air), Child and Youth program, or perhaps check out Joining Community Forces (JCF).
