The Colorado National Guard Employment Program prepares and connects Service Members, Dependents, Veterans, and Retirees with education and employment resources, in an effort to enhance readiness and boost resilience.

I am the CONG Employment Specialist and I work in the Family Programs Office in Centennial, next to JFHQ. As a retired Navy Chief, I'm no stranger to the military way of life. While on active duty, I did a tour as a Command Career Counselor. I learned a lot of valuable tools that I can use to assist veterans in finding meaningful employment and education opportunities.

I conduct virtual trainings using the Department of Labor's website, O*NET Online (https://www.onetonline.org/ ) to assist you in resume writing, job searching, salary negotiations and translating military skills into civilian. Contact me and let me know when you can schedule a call, I work around your schedule. All you will need is a phone and a computer with internet access.

I am also happy to meet one on one with Service Members and their families assisting in finding them a career that they love!
