We are 300 Soldiers protecting 300 million Americans.

Mission – On order, the 100th Missile Defense Brigade (GMD) destroys intercontinental ballistic missiles in mid-course to defend the United States and designated areas.
The 100th Brigade is a multi-component unit comprised primarily of Army National Guard (with a contingent of Active Component Army) Soldiers. The unit includes the Brigade Headquarters at Colorado Springs, CO; 49th Missile Defense Battalion at Fort Greely, AK; and Detachment 1 at Vandenberg AFB, CA.
