Fort Carson - The Warrant Officer Candidate School Class 19-001 participates in a hat removal ceremony Aug. 18, 2019, at the Regional Training Institute (RTI), Fort Carson, Colo. The Colorado National Guard WOCS practiced traditions dating back more than a decade for the CONG, where they hung a hat to signify the next step in their progress of the school.
