2 Colorado National Guard Soldiers arrested

CENTENNIAL, Colo. (10/26/11) – The Colorado National Guard has learned that the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms arrested two Colorado Army National Guard members, Oct. 25, for firearms-related charges.

The two Soldiers are both traditional part-time National Guard members from Company B, 1st Battalion, 157th Infantry Regiment, based in Fort Lupton, Colo. The Soldiers who have been charged are Staff Sgt. Eric Lee and Spc. Matthew Laflin.

Lee was active duty Army from May 2004 to August 2009 and joined the Colorado Army National Guard Aug. 20, 2009.

Laflin enlisted into the Colorado Army National Guard Feb. 24, 2006.
