COARNG Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

PURPOSE/ROUTINE USE Information you provide is used to verify your identity and usage of this form.

DISCLOSURE Voluntary. However, if you fail to provide the requested information, DMDC will not be able to verify your identity. If your identity is not verified, you will be unable to gain access to the website.

All members of the Colorado National Guard are authorized a user account on the Colorado National Guard (CONG) Network. The following are the requirements that are needed to be completed in order to obtain a user account on the CONG domain.

ATCTS Doc Update

 

All Air Force Personnel will need to have a valid Air Force User Account in order to move forward. If you do not have a valid Air Force Account, please go through your Unit command to gain a valid Air Force Account.

                                              ATCTS Doc Update

 

The Customer Support Center will verify the user documents that have been posted to the ATCTS Web site.                                 A COARNG User Access Account will be created from there.

Once the AUP has been submitted to the G6 Help desk and you have uploaded the AUP to the ATCTS Web site, a work order will be created. Give two business days for the G6 Help Desk to create and activate the account. Be sure to check your Military E-mail Account periodically for update on the status of request.

 

If you have completed all five steps.  You can go back to the CONG Public Site by clicking the "Back to the CONG Public Site" button or close the form by clicking the "Close Form" Button.
