PURPOSE/ROUTINE USE Information you provide is used to verify your identity and usage of this form.

DISCLOSURE Voluntary. However, if you fail to provide the requested information, DMDC will not be able to verify your identity. If your identity is not verified, you will be unable to gain access to the website.

All members of the Colorado National Guard are authorized a user account on the Colorado National Guard (CONG) Network. The following are the requirements that are needed to be completed in order to obtain a user account on the CONG domain.

Army Personnel:


All Army Personnel should have an AKO Account. You need to register your new CAC with your AKO account. To do this click on the "AKO Login" link and follow the links under the new user section.

Air Force Personnel:

Air Force Personnel can use there Air Force Accounts as long as it is valid. If you have a valid Air Force Account than you can move on to Step 3.


Civilians (State) and Contractors:


For civilian and contractors, if you do not have a Military E-Mail account, you will need to create an AKO account. For more detailed instructions click on the link "How do I register for an AKO Account" and follow the instructions.
