All members of the Colorado National Guard are authorized a user account on the Colorado National Guard (CONG) Network. The following are the requirements that are needed to be completed in order to obtain a user account on the CONG domain.

This Checklist was created to assist Members of the Colorado National Guard through the User Account Creation Process
(ACRequest) for the Colorado National Guard (CONG) Network.

There are five steps in this process and all steps must be completed in order for the IT (G6) department to process your request. This will take you (End-User) approximately 3 hours to complete the end-user's portion of the process. Once that has been completed, it can take the Army Training and Certification Tracking System (ATCTS) Web Site 24 hours to update all completed Training Certificates and up to 2 Business days for the Help Desk to create and activate the account. All ACRequests must be processed in this order. We value our members and are working to expedite this process.

Note****

Air Force Personnel can dis-regard the ATCTS portion of this Introduction.

Thank you,
G6
