
Colorado's Infantry heritage is long and proud...from repelling Confederate aspirations on the western frontier to four beach landings during the European campaign in World War II - which culminated in the liberation of the Dachau death camp on April 29th, 1945.
Mission Statement
To disrupt or destroy enemy military forces, control land areas including populations and resources and be prepared to conduct combat operations to protect US national interests. Also provide command, control, and supervision of the operation of the brigade and attached units. The Headquarters and Headquarters Company (HHC) also provides operating personnel to support functional requirements for the headquarters.
