The Mission of the Colorado Army National Guard JAG office, Trial Defense services, and Legal Assistance office is to provide the utmost support to current and retired Service member’s and their families.

The Legal Assistance Office is open Tuesday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. The office will be closed through Federal and state holidays, training days.  If you  to request consultation with an attorney or have questions please call our office at (720) 250-1032.

If you’d like to request estate planning and legal services please note that due to recent COVID-19 restriction and to guard the welfare of our clients and staff we do not offer walk-in services. Our office is located at Joint Forces Headquarters, 2 story building, 6848 South Revere Parkway, Centennial, CO.

Services: (Note our attorneys cannot provide representation but only advice)

Our Legal Assistance Office is committed to providing outstanding assistance to eligible members.  We provide as wide array of services directed to prepare and assist the Service member. Some the products our office provides are as follows:

  • Assistance with Family Law Matters – Guardianships, trusts, divorce, etc.
  • Estate Planning – Will, Trusts, Medical Durable Power of attorney
  • Notary Services
  • Landlord Tenant Disputes

Trial Defense Service

(TDS) provides conflict-free legal services to Soldiers who are facing adverse criminal or administrative actions at no cost to the Soldier. Unlike public defenders in civilian jurisdictions, there is no means test required to determine eligibility; all Soldiers are entitled to TDS representation by virtue of being subject to the UCMJ.

Trial Defense Services (TDS) Office is located at Joint Forces Headquarters, 3-story building, 6848 South Revere Parkway, Centennial, CO.
