Behind Feisal are: Maj. Gen. H. Michael Edwards, the Adjutant General of Colorado; Maj. Gen. Douglas McGregor, the National Guard Bureau director of Strategic Policy, Plans and International Affairs; and Brig. Gen. Peter Byrne, director of Joint Staff for the Colorado National Guard.

In recognition of the 10th Anniversary between the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan and the Colorado National Guard, Feisal and Maj. Gen. Mansour Al-Jobour, the commander fo the Royal Jordanian Air Force, visited Colorado and attended an office call with Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, escorted by Edwards.
