Deputy, Inspector General, U.S. Army, Maj. Gen. William H. McCoy, Jr.,

receives a framed commemorative poster marking the 150th anniversary of the

Colorado National Guard from Maj. Gen. H. Michael Edwards, The Adjutant

General of Colorado, at the Western Region Inspector General's Conference

held in Denver, Colo., today.

The artist, Brian Prohaska, served with the Colorado National Guard for 25

years and retired as a Master Sergeant.  He is currently a DoD civilian in

the Colorado State Inspector General's office.
